I called Phil about a month ago about upgrading the brake system on my 4Runner as I already had bigger calipers for my tires but my master cylinder wasn't able to push enough fluid for solid brakes, went down to talk with Phil and bounced some ideas around on what I wanted, got a good list of parts I needed and made an appointment to come back and get it all put together. It was fun hanging out with the crew as they got it installed. Ended up with a bigger master cylinder, upgraded brake booster and some new brake lines. Phil definitely knows his stuff when it comes to Toyotas, it seemed like he knew more about my rig then I did. Will totally come back to OTO if I have anymore problems that I don't trust todo myself. These guys have earned a spot for their sticker on my rig for the foreseeable future.

Highly recommend this shop, after seeing the other projects they were working on it seems like they can do pretty much anything.

Called in for a quote on a body mount chop. Spoke with Phil for a good 20mins about what I was hoping to gain clearance wise from a BMC. Body Mount Relocation was ultimately chosen as a better option for clearing the tire size I had in mind. Will definitely be back in the future.

I recommend Phil and OTO every chance I get. He has done amazing work on my 95 Tacoma and helped my vision come true. He is very open, honest, knowledgable, caring and treats every car like its his own.

Just recently he did a lighting overhaul on my truck with new LED headlights, LP6's, Baja Design Fog Light and 8 rock lights. It came out amazing and it lights up the night riding like its day time!

Had a really great experience! Needed to get suspension work done on my truck, and Phil was super communicative and patient with my million questions. We were on a tight timeline since we were only in town for a few days and he accommodated our schedule and got everything done before we had to head out. Totally worth the 5 hour drive down from up north. Will be back again for future upgrades! 🙂

Nothing but good things to say about OTO! Phil is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything Toyota / off-road related. I have always wanted to build my own rig but didn’t have the tools, experience or confidence till I met Phil. Together we have rebuild/upgraded my brakes, suspension and have had many custom fabricated parts for my rig. I’ve learned a ton from Phil and love his hands on approach to teaching. I would highly recommend OTO and will continue to return to learn more and build up my rig.

I was extremely impressed that he allows you to observe the installation process. Phil added a set of rails to my 2024 Gladiator that look terrific!
