Esteban I think is his name one of the managers if not he should be. This young man took the time to help me out with a difficult situation even when he and his team were short handed they talked to every single person in the store. It was awesome to see. The young lady on only her second day on the job was really nice helping out with whatever she could. To me that comes from GREAT LEADERSHIP. 10 out of 10 for that team.

Came in with my uncle looking for the correct printer toner for his canon printer. I showed the manager the model we have and asked if they have a toner compatible with it. The manager proceeded to explain how i can use Google to find what I need. So I humored him and Googled the model. Held up my phone to him to show the results of my google search. Then he told me to research more until I find it myself. Incredible customer service. 👎

Rude customer service when calling and inquiring about an online purchase. When we first called, someone answered saying we will be placed on a short hold as they are ringing up customers. OK we understand that. 5 minutes later, they get back on the line saying we can either go in in person, or call an hour later since there's only 2 people working in the store. We ended up canceling our order and will not be returning. Again, we understand you're busy, but come on, we are customers too. We would have waited 20 minutes on the phone had you been polite.

Went to buy some office supplies and I needed a large chair mat and I was having trouble carrying it to my car and Daniel was asked with me to my car and loaded up the cumbersome mat and off I went. He went above and beyond and needs to be recognized! Thank you Daniel!
