Somehow the valve for my Powerball was misplaced so I reached out to Cindy and customer service and she did a absolutely awesome job helping me resolving my issue and sending me out a replacement part. She did a fantastic job at handling my issue. She was fast courteous and actually returned my phone call very promptly. I wish every company had customer service like this. I will continue to buy O’Brien products with this type of customer service my hats off to Cindy thank you very much for your help

This has been the best experience I have ever had ordering anything online. We ordered life jackets for our new boat and my husband’s was too small. I was unable to figure out how to do an exchange via the website, so I sent an email to customer service. Lauren Zinjan responded and has been absolutely wonderful. She helped with the process and initiated the return and the new order for me. I emailed a few days ago because we had not received the new jacket and we’re going on vacation in a week. She straightened out the issue and we had the jacket 3 days after her email! She is definitely a great asset to your company, as I will order everything for our boat from O’Brien in the future. I am so impressed with her patience and politeness, as well as her ability to take control and resolve any issues with no excuses! How I wish every interaction with a company went this well!

Excellent guest service. I received a very damaged cooler from a seller on Amazon. The support I received from Valerie, Customer Service Manager at O'Brien Watersports, was thorough, timely and my issue was addressed. Not only was she friendly but she replaced my cooler and shipped it out in time for Father's Day!

I have been skiing on O'Brien slalom competition skis for over 30 years and I still love how they feel. I have tried a bunch of other brands but whether you're skiing on a slalom course or free skiing on a lake, the O'Brien skis are stable and cut back across the wake better than any other brand I have skied. This year I purchased the new O'Brien Relay and went down an inch to '66 and it skis better and more stable then my prior 67" ski. Also the O'Brien customer service team has been awesome when answering questions about product or making returns. etc.. Thank you!

Awesome people, Great customer service!
My family own a fairly old Hydroslide Havoc kneeboard. We were in need of some replacement straps. Tried several times to speak with someone on the phone but phones were overloaded. So I sent a message on facebook. I began to get messages from Sean O'Brien regarding my parts that I needed. I was very impressed with the attention this gentlemen gave us about this matter and was very quick to respond to my messages. I am not much for emails or messaging but Sean made it painless. Sean went above and beyond when traditional communication is difficult right now. Thank you Sean. Sean then gave my request to Steve Schultz. Steve Called me quickly to see if he could help me out with the straps that we needed. Unfortunately the straps I need are no longer available due to the age of the kneeboard. So I happened to mention that our kids were really wanting a Hydroslide Versa 2. The Versa 2 shows back ordered or not available. Steve did some checking for me and found our family a Versa 2 in the warehouse. Again another O'Brien employee going above and beyond for us. Thank you Steve Schultz for your great customer service. Steve sent my information to Elyssa Main to handle payment and shipping. She did an excellent job of handling my payment and processing my payment. Elyssa was responding quickly to my emails and made the order process smooth and easy. Thank you Elyssa for your great work and attention to my order. These 3 employees have earned a O'Brien customer for life.

I ordered an O’Brian wakeboard from Overtons. Their website listed the wakeboard as “in stock” we ordered it and have yet to receive a shipping date from them. When after three times of no answer from Overtons. I was finally able to get on the phone(waiting over 30 mins)only then to be told that they don’t have a shipping date from O’Brian but that it is coming from an O’Brian facility in Washington...

Highly recommend these guys! We have used a bunch of their products over the years and they have always been quality pieces. The customer service is top notch as well. I felt I had to leave a review after having such a positive experience with their customer service team on some technical questions I had. Thank you and keep up the good work!
