Why isn't there a zero rating? King Water is the worst. The absolute worst. They don't return calls...ever. They don't follow-up on anything. They are impossible to get a hold of. They don't make changes in things like billing addresses or anything else even though you might ask them to do so many, many times. I have absolutely no idea how they stay in business. Do not hire them.

Our water has been rank for nearly 2 months. Brushing teeth with bottled water, can’t cook with it, certainly not happy to be showering and washing clothes in it. Yet they can’t return a phone call, or send someone out. Reported them to Island County Health. Maybe that will get their attention?

If you have a choice in water management DO NOT choose them. I wish our HOA would give them the boot. We’re not the only ones with this issue. It’s very disturbing a company that provides a basic human need would be this far gone. Who is running this company?

What can I say about King Water, other than they are amazing!
The employees have wonderful customer service, they are the most knowledgeable on the island, and have tons of experience.
The owners are owner/operators, and make sure to be involved and part of the team.
The office does an insane amount of work, and knock it out of the park.
Pleasure to live in a system run by them!

Hands down the worst company iv ever had to deal with. When you send a check for payment it takes them 3 weeks to a month to process it and then they charge you a late fee. When calling them to try and figure it out there are defensive the minute they pick up the phone. If you like getting ripped off this is the company for you

After we had no water all day we called to get an update before heading back home. I was called back by Jan who was extremely rude and condescending. After I confronted her about her attitude she told me “have a good day mam “ and hung up on me with a passive aggressive attitude. Your company needs to work on customer service skills. This is not a way to run a business.

Run, don't walk! The woman lies and is as rude as they make them. We've been under a boil order for two weeks. They were scheduled to come clean the tanks and they no showed. When folks called to inquire the woman was so rude and hateful there simply aren't words. She was called out so she decided that she wasn't going to send her crews for another week at least. Real piece of work, this one.

DO NOT do business with this company. Their people on the ground doing the work are fantastic, but the ownership/management is completely inept and without the most basic level of professional consideration or respect for the customer. I have dealt with them for years, and after many years of the same, repeated, awful treatment I've terminated my relationship with them. My fault for not doing it sooner. If you need work done on your water system, find someone else...anyone else.

No offense to the employees doing the work who have to put up with the almost supernaturally incompetent office staff. 1 star is far too many stars.

Edit: You work on/service water systems which yes, are not the actual WELL, but attached to the well. If you make me engage you further on this matter in the public domain you might not be glad that you did. You've had every opportunity to communicate over what has been YEARS now, and your company has seen fit not to do this. That protracted, intentional behavior has purchased this review...hope it was worth it.

Absolutely NOT impressed with this company so far. I moved into my home in October and sent an inquiry about how billing works MONTHS ago to avoid late payments and King Water failed
to respond. My husband tried calling and couldn’t get a hold of anyone, so he left a message and they STILL failed to call back. We just received the paper bill and this company doesn’t even take online payments in ANY form and it’s 2024…Extremely inconvenient, mediocre “customer service” and now I’ll have to wait and see if they’ll actually respond to my second inquiry. Pathetic!!!
