Also, don't worry that if you suddenly take off your glasses to wipe your eyes from the sweat that came in during work, you will definitely be promptly reminded immediately. put them on so you don't have to worry about your safety ) the crane operator is professional and loading very smoothly and efficiently

If I could 0 star I would. I’d like to add that this is not against the security guards. They were awesome. Got here at 1:30 for a PRELOADED trailer. Trailer wasn’t done, so they said I would live load. Waited and waited and waited. Finally got pulled into the bay at 6:50. It is now 10:08 and I thought I would be able to strap down and tarp to be able to get some sleep, but no. The loader loaded the wrong stuff onto my trailer. So, now he is having to take it off and load the right stuff on. He said it wouldn’t take him long, but it’s been 10 minutes and the wrong bundle is still on my trailer. Also, my time ran out over 2 hours ago. If I’m told I’m getting a preloaded trailer, I expect it to be done when I get there. And if it’s not, i expect to be pulled in sooner since it’s not due to me that it’s not done. To make things worse, this is my home load. I could’ve had an extra 4 hours with my family, but instead I’m losing it to this place. Terrible, terrible, terrible place today.

Same as everyone else. Appointment 9pm Checked in 7pm In door 1am Took 1.5 hrs to load 3 bundles 5.5 hrs total time not including being early and I was the only one here.

I don’t usually give such a low score but these guys aren’t even trying. My appt was 2pm, I got called to a door at 1:30pm, everyone basically disappeared for 45 minutes (break?) but it’s now 3:08pm and they haven’t done anything except tell me what they’re loading. Guy in the dock next to me had a load on him he wasn’t securing, I wondered why, then I seen a guy bring two little boxes over to him, and now he’s securing. So he waited close to an hour for a couple boxes. I’m not an unreasonable person, this is simply to say that they have room to improve.

Got in got unloaded pretty fast came first thing the am everyone had a great attitude

1800 appointment time. Arrived an hour early to be safe. One guy was 3 hours late for appointment, had been here 7 hours and still left before I got in. Finally pulled into bay at 2100. All the bays have been empty for about an hour. I don't know what happens behind the scenes but keeping people informed would be nice. My advice would be to ask for updates every 30 minutes to make these people work.

Was better before nucor took over now they are difficult and main everything much worse then it already was

My favorite place to load/preload in the Decatur area. They are strict on ppe so bring your gear.
