I wanted to share an example of how Now it Works supported our team during an important deadline. I had a computer program that was not opening, and I notified Now it Works support. I also told them it was urgent as we were working on an important proposal.

I had an a reply in under 15 minutes, and then the support specialist did a great job helping me fix the issue within the hour.
