I have never had to deal with such laziness and incompetence than I have from this office. Gibbs was the only good person they had who did her job. She was amazing. Since she left, it seems like there's a big issue of "missing paperwork" and excuses as to why, after nine months, they STILL haven't added one of my kids to the case. Not to mention getting assigned a new caseworker every few months. I've spent over a YEAR with MULTIPLE "in-training" caseworkers. The whole office needs to be revamped, shut down, clean house, replace everyone, something.
