You will not be disappointed if you choose this company to remodel your kitchen. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel. Since we live in Trilogy, we were looking to find a company that was local. Marci, the general manager, and Ali, the production coordinator, listened and guided us through the design process every step of the way. This company is reliable, honest, efficient, and professional. Jonathan and his entire team were delightful to work with. It's been a very positive experience in working with this company.

Fabulous company to work with! Marcie was exceptional as was Jonathan and their crew. Measured for entire kitchen on Monday and completed installation by Thursday. It was perfection! Highly recommend their expertise and services.

Update: their "fix" to remedy the installer scratches, and oil was to charge me full price for their damage to the countertop we paid for. The oil stains still havent come out.

Poor workmanship on the installation and fabrication. It's not worth it, and I would recommend you stay away. They got caulk or epoxy on the brand new painted cabinets.

They oiled our soapstone slab, despite our desire not never to get it oiled. It would appear they did it to cover up the damage from the seam/joint setter.

Multiple scratches and some kind of glue or adhesive is stuck to the middle part of the slab. They appear to be careless and not understand/respect a softer stone like

The custom fabricated sink joints look awful. Their standard sink drain hole is non-standard and doesn't fit drain flanges. Poor caulking on the seams, going to have to redo portions of the basin because they do not look water tight.

We asked for custom runnels, sent a picture, they said they could do it. They cut it, but didn't communicate that what we wanted was done by hand and what they do is CNC'd. Stone can't be uncut so we are stuck with something that really is a huge let down.

Virtually no communication between sales, fabrication, and installation. Over-promise and under deliver seems to be their mission statement.

I had an amazing experience with NW Stone Fabricators in Redmond. Marci was super helpful in picking counter choices and had an opening within a week. Jonathan and his talented team did the template one day and the quartz, sinks and backsplash were installed perfectly the next day!!! Wow, I am a 30+ yr real estate broker and to find someone who was fair, treated me with the utmost respect and delivered a gorgeous product was beyond my expectations
Please add them to your preferred vendor list. It does not get better than this team! Super grateful

Day after install we noticed a large scratch on our quartz countertop, likely from NW Stone Fab maneuvering another slab into place in our tight kitchen. This was reported to Marcie. Marcie said we'd have to wait for some leftovers to become available to fix. Its been nearly a year now since reporting the issue and zero response back since Feb 2021 despite numerous emails. It even appears to be buffable according to my contractor. Very dissapointed that this issue is not yet resolved.

Don't use this company. I paid them to install my countertop. There was a crack down the middle. They took no accountability for the poor installation and don't return calls or emails.

NW Stone has done two granite fabrications and installations for us in the last 8 years. The first project was our kitchen countertop in 2014. The most recent project was new countertops in three of our bathrooms. From the templating to the final installation, everything was perfect! All members of the team at NW Stone paid attention to detail every step of the way, stayed on schedule and were courteous. Randy and Marcie Oliver, who own the company, are amazing to work with and their team really cares about doing a good job for their customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.
