I had a dog bed with metal frame and went to Adam at NW Machine to see if they could help me fix it by welding it where it broke. I figured I’d have to throw it away and then have to get a new one. NO it’s an Easy fix Adam said and he was gone. He came back a few minutes later and I now have a fixed dog bed. The staff are fabulous and cheerful and so willing to help out an old lady and her dog. 10 stars and more. Thank you Adam.

The team at Northwest Machine knock it out of the park every time. I had Adam recently build some supports for the back of my service truck to support the side tool boxes and build a shelf to hold pvc and sheet metal. Talk about a quick turn around time. I highly recommend them.

Had a ford tractor fly wheel resurfaced. Dropped off at 10ish called back around 2 and said it was ready. Price seemed reasonable and they were very welcoming. Work was done better than requested.

Great service. Needed a piece of steel cut to complete a closet organizer. I called ahead, the woman who answered the phone asked for me to bring the piece by so hey could see it in person. The tech took one look at my piece, asked for 5min and completed it while i waited. I am very grateful for the prompt and quality service offered by this company. Highly recommend

This company had a truck for sale on Facebook market place. I'd had a conversation with the young man adam who was managing the sale. He specifically said "it would be there" when I got there. Driving from an hour away it matters because the waste of time. I would not of driven so far without the kids word. When I'm 10min away he says there's someone else looking, which seemed like a pressure tactic but it was not. He had another guy there and proceeded to start a bidding challenge. I'm not sure how you would feel but I don't feel great in such a situation with such sales pressure. After offering an extra hundred dollars I refused to be pressured so much and decided against the purchase.

Adam should learn a man's word means something and a businesses word means something. It's a extremely poor way to conduct business I hate to think NW machine Inc. conducts business this way at all. I'd rather think it was just this one kid representing this business. Hard to say if they let kids conduct themselves this way and condone such activity I'd hate to ever have machine work done there.

Personally I consider it an extraordinary spineless way to do business. I hope you're interaction with NW machine Inc. is far better than this interaction. I personally will never have any machine work done here in fear of such spineless business tactics. Obviously if they conduct business this way with something so small I would hate to see such poor activity show it's face in any kind of large order of machine goods and services done.

Good luck doing business with Northwest Machine Inc. you're going to need it.

It does matter because it shows the quality of your word as a grown man. Things change and evolve. Just because 50 years ago your company understood how to to handle business on a professional level with respect absolutely does not speak to the fact you have possibly handed over responsibility of standards in professionalism to kids who are spinless and have not learned what a man's word means. Fact is the kid said one thing and did another. Based on the owners response and seemingly disregard for a firm understanding of what a man's word means it seems that this toxic behavior is contagious.

Grown men say what there going to do and do what they said. In this case you had a kid representing you're business. He said one thing and did another. Condoning such activity by the leadership and owner leads me to believe this was a lesson in life you missed.
