Very nice and capable at first. Had a simple serve for small claims. Delivered documents, order, and payment while defendant was still in town. Full name and name of customers and notation of "who" the person was staying with. Address given was false and informed service of that. They never ran a trace on the guy to look up known relatives or addresses. No contact was ever made. I called three times over the last week or more to see what could be done. All three times I was told that they "would call the person who does that" and have them get back to me. No one has done anything and I want my money back! Been 12 days now with nothing.
Got a call from the owner after leaving this review, who claims he left messages even though there are no logs on my phone of any messages left. Other current messages were recorded, so it works. I said to send me logs then that shows my number called and that it actually confirmed a message recorded. I was also told they have no licensing to do anything out of state so could do nothing else.
I was also told they did in fact do a skip trace and were sending me a bill for it. When I said I was told they were part of the service and that no one asked me to approve it or that it cost money, he threatened to see me in small claims court. Isn't that nice of them?

From the moment they answered the phone up to the final steps, they go above and beyond! Professional, courteous, quick, & fantastic communication. They always respond in a timely manner & served the forms quickly. It was worth every penny as it took so much time & stress off of my plate!
