Ok, don't really know about taco asada.....but was on sale today. Cooked it up, and it totally stinks. Paid over $10 for a lb. Have to throw it out. My house stinks.
What is this stuff?

Great butcher shop in the Lacey area! Finally someone closer me and willing to face off against Gibson’s. They have an awesome selection of meats, both fresh cuts and pre-marinated. They have a wide array of ground beefs that you won’t find at your average store. Lots of jerky and other condiments to fulfill your grilling or barbecuing needs.

Came in to get some steaks to cook over a campfire on Third Beach for my 40th birthday. The owner was super friendly and helpful and suggested some thick, grass-fed ribeyes. The steak was fantastic, as were the hot links we picked up. This place is a gem and the meat they sell is noticeably higher quality than anything you'll get in a grocery store.

Got some Cowboy steaks and lobster tails from this amazing hole in the wall store. Very fresh and good quality meats. Also a very wide selection and we always get a bunch of bones for our dog from here as well. Highly recommend!
