Jack and John are pretty straight forward. I was going to purchase a BACK-RACK, but John showed me a nice all aluminum one so I went with that instead. I also ordered an amber light bar and some front and rear LED strobe lights. Jack did a GREAT Job with the installation, but had a few hiccups with the lightbar malfunctioning, and Jack and John made sure this was all covered by warranty.
I'm hoping to get my Kenworth up to them soon from some strobes.

I cannot say enough about Jack and his team! Jack is professional and really knows his stuff. I wouldn't trust an RV dealer to install a lithium battery, inverter and solar system in my brand new Jayco Eagle fifth wheel however F&F Specialty Vehicles are true experts in their craft. Typical RV dealers only know that this plugs into this and that plugs into that but F&F Specialty Vehicles knows how to properly design a system, how to properly size the wiring and how to maximize my hard-earned dollar.

When you need a true professional to install your customized RV solar and lithium battery system, then F&F Specialty Vehicles is your place to go. DO NOT GO TO YOUR RV DEALER - GO TO THE PRO'S at F&F Specialty Vehicles!

Dissapointed. Customer service is worse than poor. Communication is a cat and mouse game, contradicting answers from different people including the two owners. Upon showing up to my appointment there was not a single employee in the building, nor did I receive a call rescheduling or with instructions on how to communicate my needs for the job. Jack seems like an alright guy but John speaks condescending and told me - "We dont need customers like you". Simply because I requested a refund on a "backordered" product which I confirmed with manufacturer was not on backorder whatsoever (after waiting close to 5 weeks), he also told me because it was ordered for me no refund can be given (took about 2 minutes to get the refund after he said this). I was also blamed for the employees being "forced to work unnecesary overtime" because my father was informed he could pickup the vehicle on a Tuesday when it was not fully ready, no complaints from us, we just showed up the next day and were happy to do so. Was looking forward to trusting some good people with my truck, but my basic needs have not been met.
