North Choctaw Water Board

The minimum water bill is twice as much as the other local water board's monthly costs. My bill is never even close to the same each month. It varies from the minimum to $150, to over $200 each month. Same people living in the same house, with the same habits, no toilet that runs, no leaking faucets, no leaking pipes... one month the usage says 1500 gallons, another month it said 35,000 gallons. Really? There is no way this is possible. I asked for the meter to be checked and replaced. A guy came out, said it was working properly, did not do anything else. Hmm. I got home, had to dig 6 inches in the ground to find the meter face, but someone already checked it? Corruption at its finest! Can somebody please hold these people accountable for what they charge people?

Most of the time we have zero water pressure can't even take showers. They know about it and have done nothing.

Rude employees I have been paying my bill anf all of a sudden my bill is 60 pass due after i paod 80 on the 14th of March called and the woman there got an attitude by the way I have bren callong every month to make sure it was paid in full and she told me yes I have all my payments through my bank account I'm not paying someone else's bill
