My Dad was a very simple man but was very proud of his Native American heritage. He had one specific request when it came to his final arrangements and that was a round monument. I had called eleven places trying to find someone who could get a round monument and was told it was not possible. I was determined to make sure he had his round monument.

We were returning from a NC trip one weekend and I passed the Norris Funeral Home in Stuart and thought why not give them a try? I emailed the following day and much to my surprise received my first "yes, we can do it!" Christian was absolutely wonderful to work with, completely patient and understanding as my siblings and I made changes. We made the final decisions in early January and were told it could be over a year, but as others have said, the monument came in many months quicker than estimated. It was less than four months from the order to installation. Speaking of the installation, the gentlemen who installed the monument were very professional and friendly. We had decided to put the vase on the right side, but they quickly saw it would look much better on the left to match my Mom's monument and they made the change.

Great customer service is hard to find these days, but I would not hesitate to recommend Norris Memorial Services to all of my friends and family. They were absolutely great from start to finish!
I know my Dad would be so proud of his unique and beautiful monument.

I contacted Norris for a marker for my mom in the spring of 2023. They asked for ideas of what we wanted and helped us create the perfect monument. During that process, Christian patiently answered all of my questions and stayed in contact via email until a decision was made. They gave us an idea of how long to allow for the monument to be delivered. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call that it was ready several months before that expected date. The installation was done quickly and with care.
