I receive oxygen and supplies from Norco. I don't know the names, but the person I call to put an order in is always helpful and very friendly. I know their job is to sell, but I feel like they really care and make sure I have everything I need. The delivery guy is great as well. He is friendly, thoughtful and makes sure I have everything I need. I don't want to have to have oxygen, but knowing Moses Lake Norco will take care of me, I feel things will be ok. Great team there.

So, after my last review...and dealing with them again today. It was night and day. Stuart - Branch Manager - was able to clarify what was going on. That was helpful. (1 Star). Offering solutions that might help with what Molina is refusing to cover helps. (1 Star). He was polite, caring, and understanding of my situation. (1 Star). And (1 Star) extra for dealing with me and my confusion and frustration on how everything works...I don't want his job. Thanks Stuart.

Customer service is nonexistent, even if you are a current customer. Took 4 days to return a phone call , after 3 messages. I would NEVER use them again and if I had a choice would switch providers.

July 15 update: emailed Thursday and still no response. Below is picture of yet another hole in another sweater. What now?

So far, I’ve gotten great service from the Norco staff/store.
I’ve been on oxygen 24/7 since 3/23. Now I’m also on an Nebulizer -breathing machine.
I appreciate all of the help I’ve gotten from the people at the Moses Lake 98837 store. The guys that deliver whatever I need are very helpful, & if I have a question they answer it for me. 💥✌🏽

Have really good quality welding wire. The guys are friendly at the counter and helpful. This place sells medical equipment, has safety eye glasses, OSHA approved first aid kits, Helium gas tanks for balloons, and a small variety of things.

Lucy Pruneda is beyond awesome! She checks in with you and genuinely cares! If you’re struggling, she asks questions to figure out what exactly the issue is and then provides solutions. Yes, she does her “job”; but she does it fully and above & beyond! Never was she frustrated with me, answered all of my questions, very knowledgeable, always pleasant! LUCY ROCKS!!!!
