Selected Cpap equipment off of a computer here. There was no fitting or equipment to look at. Gal was very kind, nice and professional. No follow up what so ever afterward. Equipment was mailed to me, left to figure out & fit on my own, although it is pretty straight forward. I don’t even know how to receive refills, there was a lot of information that day and I may not of absorbed it all. I guess I just expected a little follow up. I would not normally leave a review, but was prompted to do so by Norco.

Outstanding customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate me with a Lincoln warranty repair that was within days of expiration. Loaned me a similar welder (in blue) while mine was shipped out for repair and even provided extra tips. Way better service than the guys down the road.
