I LOVEEEEE the food here but every single time I order they forget something. EVERY TIME and tonight the guy working was on his phone and ignoring my husband trying to pick up my order and when someone else finally told him to acknowledge all the customers he passed the bag with my order to my husband so aggressively. And also of course, forgot my drink which I’m not driving all the way back for and the guy wouldn’t even look or listen to my husband. Was on his phone the entire time.

Love eating here but the floors are always so dirty. Why cant someone vaccum them during their downtime. When I walked in there was literally 4 employees just standing there talking when they could be cleaning.

I ordered a pad Thai and a Wisconsin mac and cheese. I'll let the picture do the talking. This mac and cheese was WORSE than KFCs. That should yell you something. The pad Thai was super sweet, but overall, decent.

I miss being able to order penne. It's a shame it was removed from the menu. Now I have to find another location that has penne. Seems like the noodles options keep getting less.

Really great place for lunch, dinner, or any other meal. Food came out hot and delicious. My wife and I both enjoyed our meals. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall great experience!

A good option. A little spicy for my taste. I had macaroni and cheese and Alfredo tortellini. Both were very good. Staff exceptional, very friendly and helpful. What surprised me was the guarantee: if you don't like the dish they change it for you. Recomendable

Called ahead and talked to one of the best phone robots ever. It took my order flawlessly and the food was ready as I walked through the door. Great food too! My only gripe is that this place can be on the higher price point for fast food, but it does shine above the rest.

Good place to eat, but bad customer service. Talked to the manager and was very self entitled when I told him about the issues with my order. Also had my friend work here and they treated him very badly. My last order here which was the only one within the last year mind you, they messed up my whole order and gave me zucchini noodles instead of normal ones. Such a shame because every other location is good but I won’t be coming back here even though I live close by. Overall 2/5 because the place looked okay at least and clean.
