Purchased a perfectly cut full packer brisket that came in at 18lbs! I didn’t even have to trim it all that much and I got a great yield of fantastic high quality meat. I’ll let the pictures tell the rest of the story.

When I emailed late on a Friday I got a quick response on Saturday morning. A few easy back and forth emails and they had exactly what I needed. Great customer service!

The shop is tidy, well organized and employees are ready to help!

Visited for the first time today. We tried the bratwurst, jalapeno cheddar and jalapeños poppers. They were wonderful. Lean and juicy. I cooked them on the grill till they reached 165 degrees. Also bought some bacon and cheeses. The cheeses were very good. Clean store and friendly staff. We will be back.

The BEST brats I’ve ever had!! Fun tip: if you don’t feel like grilling them, you can pop them in the air fryer at 350 for 18 minutes. Flipping them halfway through!! They were delicious and my pup is loving her bone from Nokesville Meats!! We will definitely be returning…often!!

This was our first purchase from Nokesville Meats and we will be back! We ordered a whole beef filet for Christmas - it was beautifully trimmed. Everyone at dinner commented on how delicious this meat was! Exceptionally tender and excellent flavor - markedly better than what I've had before from area stores. Absolutely worth paying for quality. Can't wait to go back to try some other cuts. (And you were grace under pressure during the holiday rush - very friendly service during a busy time!)

One of the best experiences I've had shopping at a butcher shop. Clean straight it's a hidden gem that definitely is a wonderful shopping experience. The people are quite knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable

I shop here from time to time and get sausages, rib patties, cheese, etc. and everything has been very good. Tried the traditional German brats for the first time over the weekend, and they were fantastic! I’m from Germany and I have to say they were the closest I’ve ever had here to the ones at home. Sehr gut! 🙂 👍

Saw them originally at the Warrenton farmers market. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Stopped by last week and tried their brats. The cheddar jalapeño are amazing! And they have a loyalty card. Can not wait to back ! Super clean and the staff super nice !

We went there today to source our meat in the area. Excellent looking meat and a friendly staff. The staff really had a solid knowledge of their products. The pricing was reasonable. A hidden gem for sure and they earned our business!
