First time in! The place bills itself as German but it’s defintely got a lot of Polish meats as well which was a really nice surprise. They also have a nice selection of steaks and the one I got was extremely flavorful and tender. I’ll be back!

As a German by birth I'm always looking for a good butcher. The meats here were amazing! Great Landjäger, Leberkäse (see photo), Kassler and Bratwurst. I will be back!

5/4/21 The light scent of meats being smoked greeted me as I exited my car to enter this long established meat store that I've been meaning to try for years.
Although I've driven past it literally hundreds of times, for some reason, I'd never thought to sample what they offer.
The interior is clean and neat, having the look of many years of satisfied customers coming through the doors.
I decided to try some of their own hot dogs in natural casings, made of a beef/pork blend, some in-store made bratwurst, some delicious looking breakfast sausages, also made in-house, and a couple of ham steaks that caught my eye as the friendly young man was packaging up the rest of my order.
I can tell I'll be satisfied with all of it, and will be certain to return for more meat products from Noack's.

Literally the best meat shop ever. Each time I go I try something new and it's the best version of that meat. Hot dogs? Incredible! Smoked chicken? The best! Run, don't walk, to this establishment!

I was told to go here and I was given a list of exactly what to buy. I got exactly what I was told to get and I might have grabbed an extra or two. There is a lot to choose from and they even have ready to eat items. They mostly specialize in Eastern European cured and smoked meats but they also have a lot of other meats and related products.
