They are the best. If you need tile talk to Elizabeth she will help the pickiest customer find the perfect product. Need custom cabinets Bonnie is your girl she will take the time to design exactly what you want. They follow up to make sure you are happy.

I had a bad experience with a big box store. I went to Nitro Carpet Outlet and everything ran smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Appointments were made and kept. I had a great experience buying tile here. Staff was helpful in finding the tile I wanted. They have a bigger tile selection than anywhere else I had shopped. Price was reasonable and the tile I ordered came in the next week .

I ordered carpet from here with the help of a salesman named Brian. He was great. I was worried because I had heavy furniture the installers would have to move. They were pros!! It was no problem for them. The stayed busy and got the job done right! I couldn’t be happier. I recommend Nitro Carpet Outlet for all of your carpet needs😃👍

I’ve been trying for over a year now to get someone to come look at the padding they installed. I bought the top of the line life time padding from this company along with carpet. The padding is breaking down and it feels like I’m walking on wood. First I was dealing with a gentleman and he kept telling me he was working on it, he always said he had my file right in front of him. Liar. I got tired of dealing with him so I called and spoke with Cindy and I told her I was going to file a complaint with BBB. Well she had no idea what was going on and assured me she would handle it from here on in. Well that was in August of 2021. She had never gotten in touch with me or sent anyone out to look at padding. I will never give them my busses again and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney Generals Office. Don’t buy from this company because they done stand behind their warranties.

This is the most reputable flooring place in the area. I bought hardwood for my whole house from them, then a year later, I called them to ask about a small order for a custom project. They told me right up front that if I went to Store X (a competitor) I could get it for a third of the price of what they could sell it to me for. They have always been honest, above board, and very easy to work with.
