I decided to give nireeka a try despite all the hate it gets. We had a couple issues and I had to pay more than $150 dollars in warehouse fees apart from import fees and sales taxes. And all because they needed my ssn to release the package. But they never told me that on the first place. Hoping to get a refund on those $150. But anyway nireeka has replied to my questions and everything and the customer service is not too bad. My bike says it arrives on September 10th I’ll throw a review out there to my bunch of followers and keep you guys updated

Cool looking bike. Trash customer service. In the end I’m glad sales didn’t respond to my questions. Says a lot about the company.

What a terrible bike!
This bike is so overpriced, it came 3 moths late, and when I got it they advertised that it goes 38mph, this bike (with pedaling at max effort) goes a max of 30mph, also the gears change with a super loud and irregular noice, and the hub motor is so bad that it jerks back and forth while riding!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Hands off! I backed the company. My bike came 2 years late and stopped working after less then 100 km (street only) in use. Customer service is actually "repair it by yourself". No refund.

Seriously through, this is what every motorized bike should aim to be. The price is fair, but every aspect of the bike feels high end. I can't even think of anything to be unhappy about. Recommended!

BE CAREFUL , neerika prime is a product that is not of good quality.
I bought it almost 1 year ago and have never been able to use it.
At the beginning the customer service found solutions to repair the bike but for more than 3 months the battery is defective but there is no more answer ...

I love the minimal look of the bikes. At first glance, you wouldn't even think it had a motor. I absolutely love how these things are futuristic, yet don't demand a lot of attention. Discreet future equipment is the way to go!

Very good customer service. There was trouble with the post office delivering my order, but Nireeka follow up on my order right away with no questions asked to solve it. The Nyx is great product too!
