Great brewery with awesome tasting beer and some food options. They also have gluten free crust for their pizzas in case you need that option. Does get busy around peak hours so keep that in mind if you are traveling with a large group.

Wonderful indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Lots of room for the kids to play. Great area to walk and be interested in the old asylum buildings. Good selection of beers. Pizza is nice thin, crispy crust but a little dry. Overall a good first visit but not a pizza destination.

Came here when this place first opened and there is such a big improvement. Beer and different options on tap, awesome food and a great atmosphere. The hot Italian pizza, (sausage, pepperoni, bacon drizzled with hot honey) was so sweet and savory, with just enough heat. Probably the best brewery pizza I’ve had.

We came on open mic night 🎤Definitely an experience 😅. The history around the asylum is very interesting, so you can’t stop without taking a quick tour around the abandoned building

We truly enjoy NewSylum and that has been over the past couple of years. Just for anyone who likes their pizza, the "Pickle Pizza" may sound odd, however, it is a GREAT addition to the regular menu. Thank You NewSylum for making the add to the regular menu. Will be stopping by more often, just for that!!

First time here, and it was a nice surprise. From a library to a brewery, they did a great job, they have inside and outside seats, everyone was very kind, creative name for the drinks. Pretzel was good.

My absolute favorite place to go and relax with friends — and my dog — is Newsylum. The selection of brews is fantastic — definitely something for everyone. (Try the new stout; it’s perfection: not too heavy, nice dry finish.)

But I’m never sure what draws me there most: the beer or the pizza. My new favorite is the chimi chorizo pizza. *finger kiss*. I actually have more of the pickle pizza leftover than the chorizo because we killed it. Shocking, right?

In the end, though, I think what draws me there most is the friendly vibe. It’s just a great place to hang.

Yeah, never mind. It’s that I can take my dog for a walk on the beautiful grounds and then keep my best pal with me outside while I chow down on pizza and wash it down with some of the best brews ever.

Really like the space and wood pizza oven . Some tasty IPAs and a really good brown ale. Had live music outside the day we went . Really nice layout and an historic beautiful old brick building . will go back for sure !

This is a great place to hang out with family. We sampled 8 varieties of beer and also had pizza and pretzels that were also really good. The ambiance is awesome as well. Love going to this brewery. I have been there a handful of times already.
