Travis and his crew are just exceptional in every way. They’ve fixed a hole in my siding, put in gutter covers on my scary high roof, painted my too-tall house, and are currently fixing my driveway foundation and laying new decks. Plus they are super helpful doing little tasks for me, like installing grab bars in my bathrooms and helping me get a TV on the wall. Even changing smoke detector batteries for me, as I’m disabled and can’t climb a ladder easily. I feel truly blessed to have met Travis, and all of his crew. You cannot go wrong hiring them.

There is no job to big or to small that New Phoenix Construction won’t do from putting my tables together, putting my kitchen floor down to cleaning under our house to fixing a leak on our roof.

I have used New Phoenix Construction for a couple of projects within the last 9 months on two separate properties. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am for Travis and his team for their respect for me, my time and my property.
They are the definition of professionalism. They are true to their word and follow through, show up on time to appointments, are respectful and kind, send before and after pictures, keep clients posted on the progress or any changes, where if there are changes, options are provided for completion, finish projects in a timely manner, and they clean up after their job.
For someone who has to arrange time to be home from work, it is a relief and has instilled credibility of this team for their repeated dependability, consideration, communication, and quality of work.
In each interaction, Travis has been kind and patient with me and ALL of my questions. I feel Travis has been open, honest, up front and communicates directly the needs and what he and his team can do to assist with the task presented to them. I would highly recommend New Phoenix Construction - They take care of their clients, shown through their actions of caring about providing quality service and doing the right thing. As I know I am in good hands, I will turn to Travis and his team, first, for any future projects.

When I bought my new home the inspector let me know that I needed to put on a new roof. He listed everything wrong with the roof. Travis Wagner of New Phoenix Construction went up on the roof and found exactly the same things wrong. He and his employees did an excellent job with a full replacement. Not only did they replace the roof, but my skylight, vents and all the flashing were all replaced. They were very speedy and cleaned up after the work was done. I have spent two winters in my home and have had no problems. I highly recommend them to do anyone's roof.
