Just expect to be here whole day. Loading takes time. Over all nice people. Come first in the morning get your 8h brake when trailer is getting loaded and have full hours to drive.

Arrived 6 hours early to a preload pickup window and the trailer was ready when I got there. Shipping/receiving staff were very friendly and I was in and out in a flash.

Friendly shipper. Park Truck in the Yard and check-in across the street near the docks. The shipper will check ur trailer floor, wall and reefer temp (should be 28F). So make sure it’s clean. Then unhook the trailer and once the trailer is loaded they will come and knock ur door with the documents. Loading can take 6-7 hours. It’s meat so expect load to be heavy. Vending machines and restroom is located in the office building 1st floor.
