$7.00. Not $70, $700 but $7.00.

Get home at 5pm with my two year old toddler to find out that the water wasn’t working. Also, my wife is at the hospital with the 2month old for a high temp. Obviously, by this time, the building is closed for the evening. Needless to say, my family and I stayed in a hotel overnight just to find out the next morning we were $7.00 short on the previous bill, and sixty days later we get disconnected.

Service reconnect fee and admin fee for paying online……of course it’s more than $7.00. Why wouldn’t you call just as a courtesy? Just add to the next bill………

We all know why and it’s shameful……..1.8 rating is atrocious and “eye-opening”.

They water bills are extremely high. Make sure you get a water meter installed. I have never paid over 120 for any water bills and I have lived on my own for 13 years. When asked its either the builders fault or you have a leak in the line. Either way your bills are almost the same amount as your mortgage.

Need to do better at reporting outages. Get an automated system to call customers who are effected. Water is as essential. We need to be as prepared as possible.
