If I could give zero stars I would. I've noticed over the past year that it takes longer and longer before someone comes to help. Today, I waited over an hour (I know... why so long before giving up) STILL no one. No answer to phone calls or calls to EH Recycling. Seeing others having similar experiences and worse I know my experience is not isolated.

Despite the price, I will not be giving them my hard earned dollar. Clearly they don't value this business enough to properly staff it.

I will NOT be back.

New Flame does not deliver or service accounts any longer.
Call Pacific Energy Group, they were very helpful and they have taken over the accounts.
1 star as they did not notify their customers of the change.
Not sure if they still have the small tank fill or not.

It's been a few months now of ZERO response from New Flame Propane... you would think they would at least come pick up their empty propane tank but nope. I've called multiple times, left messages and sent texts. They will not respond. We started using Pacific Coastal and they're doing a fabulous job. But it would be great if New Flame would come pick up their tank... I have no use for it, now that Pacific Coastal is taking care of us!

I have to edit my 5 star rating. I went to get propane yesterday before our big storm came in, they were out. There was no schedule posted. I went home and the next morning tried to call them no answer no call back, when i finally was able to get ahold of the secretary at the metal recycler she told me that they were still out and did not know when they would have it. She told me to "go to a gas station or something" with my 100LB tank. They are supposed to be the premier propane retailer in our area? but really they could care less whether their clients freeze to death. They should have a responsibility to make sure they have gas before all big storms. At least they should be professional with their clients.

Awesome place to do business. Guys are super helpful & always respectful. If they quote a certain price online or on the phone they always honor it with a smile.

Not sure what happened but when we first got in touch with New Flame we had a great experience. They are now no longer responding to messages or phone calls, we have been without propane for almost 2 months. They even told me at one point they would get me on the list for a 3rd party company and never did. We were on a gps system so we were supposed to get a delivery before we ran out, so this isn't just a 2 month delay in response it's more like 3-4 months. We live out of our RV at the moment so this is a huge deal to us. The lack of response and responsibility is worth never doing business with them again.

Had a decent experience on my first visit. Just waited 20 minutes in the cold/rain and no one came. Walked in and the guy working was a jerk. Told me it was going to be a long wait. Y'all can't take 30 seconds to give multiple customers standing out in the rain a heads up? We both left. Might be cheap propane but the service sucks.

Worst customer service of my life. Nu Metal recycling fills the tanks and was treated like garbage 5 minutes after they opened. Owner of metal company had two windows to his booth and asked “do you like bending over?” when I tried to communicate and ask if anyone was available to fill up my tanks. His was response was that he was trying to run a business and that maybe someone would fill my tanks if they ever showed up. Really? I’m flabbergasted….
