This comment is a few months overdue. NEWUS responded to a sewer problem back in June and the help I received from them was fantastic! Donall was my contact and worked with us almost everyday until the issue was repaired. She expedited the construction crew and their response was the best I’ve seen. The dig was small and not a gigantic. This made the whole process easy to deal with. I can’t thank Donall enough for all her help.
