I couldn’t be more grateful to New England Propane. They really re-defined white glove service. I had a complex and complicated need and they worked with me on my timeline. They were very responsive fairly priced and worked with me to educated me and help make what I wanted work. I’m not usually indecisive but there were some big decisions to make on location, size, etc that took into account my future needs and plans for the yard. The owner even came out to help me think through it and check on the project to ensure a first class experience. Everyone that came out for the 1000 gallon delivery, under ground install, piping, hook up and fill, was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. You know when a company treats its employees like partners and everyone is rowing in the same direction... I got the feeling that working at New England is more than a job and that they work hard to put their clients first. They advised me that I now own my tank and have the right to shop my propane, but I’ll tell you what. I can’t ever see using another company. The process was well communicated and the property improved once the project was complete!

Connor was always so pleasant, willing to explain the process. New England Propane coordinated permits with the town, helped with the excavation, gave us options to consider about expenses, gave clear and accurate timelines, and followed up to see if all was working as it should.
