Great organization!
From the office to the driver, everyone is friendly, and always on time. The driver is cautious if my dog is outside(my dog loves him).
Recently I forgot to leave the garage door open ,so he knocked on my front door so we wouldn't miss the pick up. Best service anywhere. Highly recommended!

Emailed NEC to ask why my garbage service was constantly skipped over. I had been having this issue since February, but never spoke up about it because it never caused major inconvenience. Recently, my bin has sat full and overflowing for over 2 weeks! The email response I received from Lisa was, “ Hello - I just spoke with Mike and the only time he did not come for pickup was last week. He said he has gone every week and if there was garbage in your cans, it was put in after he had been there.“ I replied to Lisa that I have security footage of the garbage truck speeding by and skipping over my residence for the most recent incidents as well as others that I had not complained about. Lisa has failed to respond. I immediately switched companies.

Also, I asked for a recycling bin to be delivered 7 months ago — never got it.
