Absolutely great operation that I cannot recommend highly enough. From the start they were friendly and helpful. I was given a very conservative/realistic bid for the overhaul of two Piper Cherokee main fuel tanks. They provided a realistic timeframe for the repairs and even added some flexibility to meet my timeframe to coincide with my impending annual inspection. The tanks look great. I had them back on time, as promised. And they came in under budget. They've won my business for as long as I own a plane.

First rate operation. I had an AOG in our King Air 200 while in Wisconson. Owner Gerry Sykes was working his booth 1 hr 30 mins away at Oshkosh. He took TWO days to drive out to my plane to trouble shoot it, track down parts and get it fixed. Never have I seen this level of customer service. My first call will always be to New England Aero Services and their team of fantastic employees. They get the job done right the first time
