I had picked up a piece and have to say that the customer service I received was amazing originally it wasn’t the perfect fit the company returned the item paid for shipping again fixed it and have been amazing throughout the process. For them it’s just a small base plate but for me, it’s the amazing person to person help they offered.

Unprofessional customer service. Ordered a Sig sight cover to replace a RemeoZero on my Sig XMacro and the screws do not fit the NDZ cover. Nor do they come with smaller screws to fit their product. I ask them if they stock the screws and they said they do not. Okay maybe lead with that as on this particular product it comes with a red dot and not a sight cover so if replacing the red dot the screws would be too long on your product.

On top of all that I asked for a refund and they tried to send me $20 when the total amount was for $29. Horrible company and complete joke of customer service from Mike M and the rest.

Honestly I would have chalked this up as a misunderstanding had they not been completely dismissive.
