They had one person processing like 40 people. A 10 minute activation took them 3 hours. I have gone for the same activation on other occasions and have been out in less then 10 minutes. This was horrible. My boss went in the day after and was out within 10 minutes. They had other people focusing on other bs for other clients, but if there were 10 people that needed whatever those services were, there were another 40 like me who just needed activations. They dropped the ball.

This place is dog shit, they been 2x my ID like im a criminal, but my co-workers don’t get 2x checked? And only me, morning,afternoon, doesn’t matter. Base is being unfair and costing me time to get on base.

Coming out of base, everybody cut me off so they can have lunch. This is ridiculous and so I could not get my turn to turn at the light. I just hope my son does not go to Norfolk Virginia for their base. I hope he goes to San Diego.
