Very rude trash men. Left our trash and didn't haul it. Was literally across the street when we took our trash to the road, but still ignored it and left. Gave my kids who are minors a really mean glare and walked off. So disrespectful. Lucky my wife held me back from handling the situation.

They need to shut down this company. The drivers r so freaking lazy to pick up all the trash. They leave trash bags in our trash cans. Idk why NHA have to deal with this company. They need to go with kayenta sanitation. I just hope this company goes out of business. Then I'll b happy

Never on time. It's always a guess and a wish when they come. Supposedly they are scheduled to come pick up on Fridays. And when they do show up they only empty half way or just completely skip you. I've tried so many times to call..

My usual garbage days are on Mondays paying for three month service that they jacked up the prices “again”for but we stick with the company because this is all the reservation has to accommodate us Native American people with outrageous prices with no professionalism on the phone. And yet I am told over the phone that this is how the company works and if they don’t like it we don’t have to pay and they can pick up their garbage can knowing this is the only services that the reservation has in window rock and Fort Defiance area. But this place is just so frustrating to work with and with this whole pandemic going on you think that they would understand and somehow accommodate us Natives, but of course we as natives don’t know how to be professional over the phone and not try to help. And to FIX their mistakes, and their mistakes meaning their drivers forget to pick up our garbage cans for three days we are told to wait for our regular trash day . And and they can’t accommodate at least 2 to 3 bags of our garbage to drop off at their station because they are closed to the public. But like I was told over the phone “we don’t like it ,we don’t have to use their service “ and again it wasn’t the public‘s fault that they don’t have drivers that missed stops so somehow we should have been accommodated a couple bags of trash…. For drop off…. Great Thank you!!

They don't take all the trash even if it just barely over the lid, saying there is limit they can take, but will take a non customer's trash who by the way had three times as much trash as my one can. I wonder what kinda under the table deal they have, to short us paying customers.

My wife called for an estimate on mattress disposal. We wanted to know the price before we headed out there. They didn't know what they were doing. Even the manager couldn't answer it. What a joke! They need better management!

I agree, the secretary and the staff have poor customer skills. Very rude! "You can leave a message and leave a call back number but I don't think you'll get a call back!"

Would recommend you have more set schedule on when the public can dump trash. I am sure many individuals haul trash from surrounding communities and we are at left at the leisure of whoever and whenever your employees are available.
