They are so easy to deal with, great customer service, reached out to him within 4 days I had my part for my pc ordered and pc was repaired kept update with me on the progress and the repair witch I’m more then satisfied with just to know what’s going on, and had it fixed within a couple of hours great service wont go anywhere else for future repairs. There wasn't much hope for my laptop after a BIOS update (prompted by the machine) fried the motherboard. Josh rescued my hard drive and transferred some files to my external drive, all for no charge. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

The movers damaged my computer in a move from Los Angeles to Arkansas. The Owner was able to take a look at the damage and quickly access the situation to find a solution. I dropped off the computer thinking it would take a week to repair, but to my surprise the computer was fixed and working great the next day!
