NSM was wonderful! I worked with Andy, Lori & Brittany to order a weigh scale lift for my son. They were professional and diligent on completing the request and the tracking order system kept us in the loop. On delivery day, John arrived and was friendly and personable, he was able to put the lift together and showed me how it worked and answered any questions I had.

This company has been very helpful to me as a new wheelchair user. Andy is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to insure the chair fits me and my needs. Andy explains in great detail the correct way to operate all of my equipment and is only a phone call away if I have any issues. I am so incredibly appreciative of Ray. He took care of me in a kind and compassionate way. He listened to me and was responsive when I needed specific adjustments to my wheelchair. Absolutely the worst group of people I've ever had to deal with when ordering medical supplies. The salesman switched multiple pieces of equipment/accessories on the wheelchair to what he felt he'd like to better not what the customer wanted or needed. Administrative service is even worse I spoken with multiple people about the problems that I've had asking to speak with someone higher up the food chain and I only get responses from the commissioned salesman who's trying to Sell me a wheelchair not give me a real chair that I need.
They're constantly pushing the pembroyal OneDrive which is Been shown to be hard to control dangerous and have caused many injuries. How can you sell somebody a piece of equipment that needs to be controlled by hand strength when they have compromised feeling and strength in those hands makes absolutely no sense.
The salesman took weeks off for personal issues and never contacted me and let me wondering what was going on.
The salesman was taking measurements of the loan or chair that I was using that did not fit me to order the new chair I explained to him time and time again that these were not the proper measurements and the chair does not fit me but he insisted they would be able to make adjustments.
Do not use this company under any circumstance.
I've been trying to get a wheelchair for them for over 6 months still using a 22-year-old chair that's falling apart daily. This company is not here to get you the equipment that you actually need. The company's here just to sell you a wheelchair, collwct a commision and milk the insurance company for all they can.

On Wednesday, 9/11/24 I contacted the office in regards to my daughter's wheelchair tire inner tube. I had to wait until next day Thursday 9/12 to see a technical when I knew what the issues were involved. Just to find out during that office visit they did not have the inner tube in stock. Finding out a day later, we're already into the weekend, the order could have been placed on Wednesday the.day I called.

Customer Service; front desk answering the phone calls really do need to take a little more time to research what's needed instead of wasting my time to bring the wheelchair tire into their office just to find out there are NO inner tube in stock.

Technician Thomas stated he had come into the office on his birthday. He has always been extremely helpful every time with no hesitation. Again, there were no inner tubes in stock.

As a customer of National Seating & Mobility this is NOT quality customer service. Front desk/phone takers step up your game & help your clients.

Haven't even "begun" my claim yet and they are very rude every time I call. I had to fax my documents 4 times to have someone finally say they received it and threatened to go somewhere else. I've spent 2 weeks just trying to get them to acknowledge they have my documents. When you call instead of being friendly and helpful they act as though you should know the process of things and how to do it all yourself. They should do some SERIOUS customer service training for their not-so customer service providers on their 1-844 number. Every time I've called they act like I'm bothering them. For people (like me) who have never had to do anything like this, they should be understanding and explain things instead of having rude and abrasive tones and responses. Even when they finally acknowledged that they received my documents today they had a condescending tone "since this paperwork was done without us we may have to contact all of these Dr's over again to get the correct information"....ma'am....you're rude and you all need to learn that sometimes its not WHAT you say but HOW you say it. Seriously considering telling them I don't want to deal with them anymore strictly due to how they treat their customers (how they make their money). Its very frustrating.

Edited to add that I called again on 9/4 to follow up with them on the status of my order. The person I spoke with never forwarded my childs file to the appropriate department so, it was just sitting in limbo…..again. The young lady I spoke with today at least had a better tone although when I asked about a time frame of how long before they reviewed his order (if she actually sent it to the correct department today) and she said “you might want to find somewhere else because it’s going to be a while”…..I have NEVER in my life. Do not waste your time with this company. They don’t deserve any of our patronage!
