I had a bad alternator that I but one month ago for my semi truck, I called Napa auto parts and Jim was super helpful he had two in stock and helped me with the warranty and even helped pulled the pulley off the old one.. above and beyond very helpful and nice staff... Highly recommend this place for travelers in trouble with truck or car problems.👍👍👍👍

The most helpful auto parts professionals I've ever experienced. Morton should be proud of their kindness.

My truck blew a fitting on the coolant system, 2 hours from home, freezing weather. I limped to their store 30 minutes before close. Napa didn't have the obscure part on the shelf for my older truck so the knowledgeable lady behind the counter got her hands dirty under the hood to examine the possibilities. Then she helped me sort through fitting combinations for a temporary fix...plus they offered to lend me tools. I had my own but
she said she had done this for years yet still felt passionate about helping people solve these problems. Wow!

An hour after they closed, I had just completed the repair when the manager came out in the cold, dark (after finishing his work) to make sure I didn't need more help.

I am sincerely grateful to both of you for your assistance.

It will never make sense to me how a business can stay in operation when they close before people are off work. 11 - 8 would be a much more realistic schedule.
Update: shame that y'all would rather have an AI bot Auto-reply with some generalized nonsense than just ignore someone's review like most businesses do.

What a great staff! I had a problem and called 5 times takedown to multiple people who were all so nice and spoke to me like a a person. Took my battery in for testing and was greeted by a wonderful person who explained everything and helped me get a new one. Will only use this store from now on instead of my local store who is awful

So I go in and ask for a oil filter. I show the parts number and I trust them to know what they're doing. Turns out they don't. Guess I'll be taking the extra hour trip into town to get my parts from now on.

5 star review but that does not do this place justice. The most helpful guys work here with the best customer service. Went to a couple of other places to get tire size checked and no one helped. We instead came here and found out in 3 minutes went back inside was able to get the correct size then was able to purchase the right size chains for our car. Thank you Jim for your help and your partner ,you guys truly know how to keep your customers happy and we will certainly be back. You guys rock!

Got a truck at auction, Chris tested the battery to find it was nearly dead. He put in a new one and it wasn’t straightforward at all. Had to remove several parts to get to it. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Greatly appreciated his efforts. Great customer service skills as well.
