What a week! Heather and NADA were such a great team, not to mention so "SMART" with how they walked us through the financials week. I would definitely recommend this class to any GM that maybe doesn't know the ins & outs of the financial statement to FIXED guys trying to advance their careers. I took so much from this class and will be cascading some of the information down to my team on the fixed side as it's so very relevant in day-to-day operations.

I just finished Week 1 at NADA Academy. Class N471. The first course was Financial Management, with Heather, Sharlene, and Jim.
It was an amazing experience. I was riveted the entire week.
I could not get enough! The three of them work very well together. They have an excellent dynamic and are a great team.
They explained things thoroughly and concisely. If I did not understand something, they took the time to speak with me one-on-one. Needless to say, I loved it, and I now have an excellent understanding.
After 5 days, our class of 25 is now made up of friends, and I imagine that as we progress through the academy, our friendships will grow even stronger. Just awesome... I am so happy I embarked on this journey!

This week long training was quoted as "Best week ever".
I can not agree strongly enough. Mark and Brian were a tag team duo of interactive training like I have not experienced before.
Aside from being nice guys, they were also engaging and entertaining. Furthermore, Mark and Brian were not just instructors who were practiced in their curriculum. They lived it. Decades of actual experience in dealership parts departments.
So they are not selling snake oil, they have lived every one of the detailed topics that they expertly educated their class with.

Full disclosure; I have just completed week 1 of the NADA Academy. All I can say is, wow! I knew this would be eye opening but I can barely put into words how much I have already learned. If you are SERIOUS about pursuing a lasting career in the automotive industry then do not hesitate to make the investment in yourself by attending NADA Academy. I'm positive that the training does not get any better than this. The instructors are very well qualified and eager to help you learn. 10/10, would not expect anything less from NADA.
