MRF Fence was recommended as the installer for 2 gates a service company had broken.
It took a lot of back and forth, very unnecessary and after they tried to fix my old broken gates, I demanded that they be replaced with the exact new ones.
Again I had to tell them what to order because they denied they could get gates From Eastern fence in NY.
So many red flags. I should have used my own installer and had him bill Service company.
Marc the owner was very unpleasant to deal with as this wasn't a "big paying job" I was a nuisance to them really.
Now 3 months later one of the gates has 2 cracks, one at a sodder joint corner, which is technically a Manufacturing flaw.
Marc cannot be bothered to replace or fix because he is too busy with big jobs and I need to be more careful.
Ya right, I don't beat on or man handle my equipment. I very much ever regret getting involved with these people.

MRF did such a fantastic job installing a cedar privacy fence last year that we had them install a vinyl privacy fence along the side of our lot and a vinyl picket fence across the front. They arrived on time and finished all the work the same day. They also helped my neighbor by installing (without additional charge) a post for his fence which had been connected to our old one. The front run on the side of our garage was 10’ and rather than using a standard 8’ section and cutting another 3’ section they cut two 5’ sections so the post is in the middle, which looks much better! Can’t recommend them enough.
