While they are responsive, the quality of work is sub par and so overpriced it borders on ridiculous. I am sure they are capable of doing some odds and ends jobs, building furniture, etc, they are more a jack of all trades and a master of none. My plumbing work done by them ALL needed to be repaired within months by a real plumber after my kitchen flooded, this was just replacing faucets, not some big renovation, they also struggled to install a vanity top correctly... To top it off my "estimate" that I agreed to wound up costing double after the work was completed since they charge by the hour, but have to spend half that time figuring out how to do the job... disappointed, but probably my own fault for trying to find a one and done solution.

Our 125-year-old front porch and 25-year-old stoop needed major repairs and replacement. My brother had recommended this company and I'm glad he did. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment but once he showed up, the carpenter was competent, efficient and industrious. He was also a pleasant fellow, easy to talk to about the details. As usual in such jobs, we kept finding more stuff that needed attention, so he stayed with it, always checking with me to see how far I wanted to go and what I wanted to see at completion, adding little details to improve completed job. His boss showed up to keep himself in the loop. As I write this review there is still a bit of work to finish but I have no doubt it too will be a good job, well done.

This is a new review of work I had done Monday, 3-Mar-25. I called at about 9:30 am because my kitchen faucet suddenly would not shut off. The man was here by 11:45 am to install a new faucet, and he did so with no issues except the usual small things everybody runs into no matter who you are. In this case my hot line was leaking past the gasket. I forget the name of it, it's a flexible line under the sink. He had a replacement, end of story. I see some of the other comments, you have to use your head what it is you're asking them to do. I am not saying anything bad about the company at all, I'm just saying you must use common sense when hiring any contractor. I fell Mr. Handyman did an excellent job. I suppose I could have done it myself if I wanted to fool with it all day into the night because I'd have had to return to the store at least once. OR I could have called a legit plumbing & heating contractor on a Emergency basis, and I bet they would have nailed me for at least 500 bucks! Again, I'm very happy with Mr. Handyman!

Absolutely amazing. I called in the morning and he was here in the afternoon. Mark was our handyman, he was VERY professional and he fixed our issue! I plan on using them again!

Needed my bath tub recaulked. Called Handy Man and had Paul come out in 48 hours. He removed old caulk and applied new caulk. Came out awesome , very professional, and everything cleaned up afterward. Wife came home and very happy. I have many small projects and plan to use them again. 👍👍👍❤️👍👍👍

These guys are the best. Like most of us I have a bunch of jobs around the house, some I lack the skill for and others I'm too lazy to do myself. These guys come prepared with a variety of skills. They are courteous, professional, and trustworthy. Everything is very transparent. They tell you upfront what the expected costs are...and they stick to it. They make decisions with you and for you.
Gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing I can call on them for so many tasks.

The owner of this franchise had occasion to demonstrate his commitment to customer service, to quality work and to holding its employees to a high standard. He met that responsibility and technician Isaac’s work met that standard with pride. Admin staff returned calls and was clear and efficient in my dealings with her. The company uses a scheduling app that alerts you to the scheduled worker’s whereabouts without having to ask for arrival-time call ahead. All in all, a good experience.
