Recently got an automatic (and unneeded) fill up only 6 months after our last fill up. This despite the fact that we still had a tank that was 40% full and historically have only needed to fill up every 12 months. True I was on KEEP FULL plan, but we were on this plan last year and didn't have them come out at 40% to top us off. I guess the "KEEP FULL" plan is in reference to the status of their pockets forcing us to pay premium to top off when we don't actually need any fuel.

This company goes above and beyond for their customers. A different contractor had installed multiple appliances and did not correctly convert them to propane. They all stopped working after a few months and we called Mountain Flame. Matt came out the same day because we thought there was a problem with the propane. He diagnosed and fixed the problems for us for free even though it was not their fault. He was very kind and helpful and truly cared to make sure everything was working correctly. It was such a refreshing experience that they now have a loyal customer in me.

We were using this company for 10 years till moved out of the area. Never had any problems. Always had our tank filled on time. They even will fill up our bbq tanks, wash propane tank, and give a call when it's good price to fill up tank for the winter. Very good service, nice knowledgeable people. Strongly recommend

Paid 350 to have my tank filled and have expedited service they never came. Ran out of propane so I called them and no answer they weren't open. Left a message about wanting a refund which they gave back right away. They have time to give me my money back but not to do their jobs. My husband called prior about the budget plan and was told she was willing to sign him up for it then when I called it all of a sudden had no availability since May ? I was told three different prices for them to fill my tank. Never the same price.
