Reliable and reasonably priced electric service. Easy to pay, set up with auto pay through bank.
Annual meeting always good food, good displays and prize drawings. The East Grand Middle School has done robotics exhibitions in the past, very interesting. Staff has been friendly and helpful

Your crews are the best!! If there is an outage, electricity is usually restored within an hour. Feel very fortunate to have such outstanding service when I see on the news that large areas in other locales are without their utilities for days! The office staff is also great. Rob T has provided many useful energy surveys, and Rosemary K, Patty D, and Makenzie S were always a delight! Thank you for your community support. Especially of the School Districts, and providing the driver's education courses free of charge to our students.

The power never goes out unless it’s like a car taking out a power pole then it’s back in unless than 45 mins. I could not be happier with this power company. The lady that works in yalls granby office is a godsend to your company. She is the nicest lady I have ever spoke with on the phone and answered all my questions and then some. Great company great people easy to pay your bill easy to navigate the website even the guys running the crews are great people they offer to help pull me out the snow once. I am an amputee veteran so I really appreciate all they have done for me.

I really appreciate the power outage email notifications that also let us know when power is restored. Very helpful. Customer service is also very friendly as a new customer, I felt like I was talking to a friend.

The price of electric seems to be a bit higher than what I was used to with my other company, but I suppose that makes sense given the higher cost of heating here. Customer service has been just fine thus far and they helped me transition seamlessly. The payment system was a bit of a frustration but customer service was able to walk me through it.

After the east troublesome fire burned our cabin down Mountain Parks worked hand in hand with us to get our meter back up running. They discounted their engineering services and gave us credit for our old transformer. Mountain parks is truely a company that cares about it's customers. Thanks for all the help guys!
