Last fall the technician put his ladder up against the rain gutter and broke it. This spring the technician did the same thing broke it even worse. There is only a small section that has the rain gutter on it. We have used them forever and they never did that before. I called and talked to them and the lady said she would talk to the owner. They never responded back.

Spilled coolant all over concrete, never cleaned up. Very poor communication. Quick to send the final invoice though. AC installation took over 1 month for just the condenser unit. Everything works great upon installation however.

I called at 4:30pm to schedule a tech because my furnace was not working. I figured I would be without heat for at least a couple of days. Nan took my information and called me back within 5 minutes to let me know they had a tech on the way. The tech said they were on their way home but because I didn’t have any heat decided to take my call same day. They had all the equipment needed to repair my furnace and restore my heat. What an outstanding company.

Brad and Trevor with Mountain Air Mechanical, showed up at the time they said they would be here, with custom parts in tow. They were extremely helpful with the children and even helped me out when I cut my finger pretty bad! Halfway through the job, they found that my tubing was rotted through. No big deal-they just went to the shop in Rifle 30 minutes away, picked up more supplies and were back in just about an hour! They were very professional and courteous and I know I'll be using them if anything else comes up! Highly recommend Mountain Air Mechanical for any of your heating or cooling needs!

Because our Search and Rescue team benefitted from Mountain Air Mechanical’s Golf tournament for a few years, I hired them to install an Air Conditioning system in our home. Their hack installers had to come back at least 8 times fixing shoddy work over the next year. The biggest problem was that they eliminated our filter assembly and left no means for us to install a filter. This went un-noticed until winter came around and I went to replace my filter, just to find that there wasn’t one. It took them months to get back here to remedy the situation. During that time the motor failed. I finally demanded that they get over here to replace the motor and have my ducts professionally cleaned. He accused me of trying to get free stuff from him. UNBELIEVABLE. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
