I am so happy with Motor City GMC. They have a new lifetime customer for my trucks and my wife’s SUV’s. Our new Yukon SLT is amazing and the process was very simple with no pressure whatsoever. We weren’t persuaded in any direction towards a vehicle we didn’t want. Our salesman Marcus was very polite and honest. I look forward to doing business with both Marcus and Motor City GMC in the future.

If you are looking for a great vehicle, amazing customer service and getting in & out quick -this is your place to go. You can tell that Motor City prides themselves on having not only happy customers but happy employees. They’re thorough, take the time to explain everything, answer your questions, your options, and are educated with the each vehicle features when you’re doing the walk around etc, so that there isn’t anything left that would be unclear or misunderstood. Even offering their phone numbers if you come up with any further questions. I noticed while sitting to sign my documents all the employees had smiles and had great relationships w/ their coworkers. To me that’s big! If you’re looking for a great vehicle, amazing customer service this is your place. The dealership was incredibly clean, and I never felt that unwanted pressure. The whole experience was a 10/10.

He is a Great representative of GMC MOTORS for Bakersfield Ca. My wife and I decided to go take a look at there lot and walk around to see what they had to offer . Mr.Jose Vasquez walked us through there inventory with such patience and really understanding our needs as a family and was very honest with each trucks capabilities and expectations they could reach . It turn out from just walking around to falling in love with one of there GMC trucks and we have no regrets what so ever . Mr. Jose Vasquez was very understanding, patient, respectful answered any and all questions . I would recommend him to everyone … !

I bought a 2025 Buick Envista on Sept 19, 2024 and it’s now October 24,2024 and the silver trim part on the back of the suv is already lifting on both sides. I called and explained and they sent me to a voicemail and I left my contact info and asked for a call back. Nobody called me back. I also texted the sales man Ben that helped me to see what I can do and again no response. I went in today in person and I was told this seems to be an issue on the Envista as they had already had another person with the same issue come in. Service advisor Steve said that they need to replace the whole part when it lifts like that. He told me he would order the parts but it’s on back order so it is going to take a long time and they would call me. This is not right! I expected better since it’s a new suv. This is my first Buick and I do not recommend it. I should be enjoying my new suv not having to take time out of my day to drive across town only to be told this is a normal thing. I am not happy and I do not trust this car company.

Update: After my review I was contacted by Ben and Edgar at Buick and the silver trim was glued down until the replacement part comes in. I appreciate you both for reaching out to me. I also spoke to Javier the manager in person and he was very apologetic about all of this. He answered all my questions and I was satisfied with the way he handled this issue. I want to say thank you to Ben, Edgar, and Javier for taking the situation serious and being open to resolve this for me.

I would definitely recommend to speak to Luis Chaidez if you’re coming in to buy a new vehicle. He made the process so easy and was very welcoming and patient with us. He heard us and answered every questions we had. We came in, in the evening which by the time we got done signing all the paperwork it was time for them to close. Luis still took the time to sit and explain the features the truck had ( which he did not have to do), we cannot thank him enough for taking that extra time with us. We will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.
