Super good folks to deal with and have taken care of me every time I have ordered from them. They have a good selection of parts, including brands that are typically harder to find through other vendors, and their prices are great plus their rewards program is a nice touch on top of that.

Customer service has always been excellent and they've always been very responsive and helpful when I have reached out to them with questions.

Great prices and customer service the way it should be done...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Absolutely THE best service in the motorcycle industry! My wife and I met Scott at the NYST track day over the weekend and he was so kind and helpful! Super knowledgeable about all things motorcycle! In fact, I just spent the last 30 minutes on the phone with Scott, and his patience while helping a new aspiring track day rider to order the necessities is greatly appreciated. He walked me through the website and made sure I ordered all the things I needed for my next time out on track. And the best part is, he's local right here in Connecticut! Support local business! I have been buying parts over the years, the quality of even lesser known brands always impressed me.
Nice to know their standards is pretty high.
Experienced that more recently where they wanted to make sure that the Quickshifter was installed properly as to make sure as a customer I was 100% satisfied.
In these days of online ordering and at times getting substandard than expected: its refreshing and gives confidence in purchasing parts remotely.

Scott and the guys at MotoD are faster than you, and work a complicated a business that runs better than your bike. They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional, and they’re excited to see your progress on the track.

I’m a last minute planer for all my race weekends and they come through faster than Norton, Sport Bike Track Gear, Zila, or any of my local dealers here in FL.

These guys are good at their jobs - and they spend a lot more time focused on racing than you or I could afford to.

We’re lucky to have them as a resource ✊🔥🙏

I ordered a dirt bike from this company. Even though I already paid in full (including shipping), they emailed asking me to print & sign the email stating I agreed to the terms & to attach a copy of my license & credit card, etc. I called & pointed out there was a discrepancy regarding the shipping cost (what they wanted me to sign was a higher shipping cost than what was advertised on their website). They assured me, I wouldn’t have any additional shipping fees. I provided the requested info with an addendum to the part of their terms which stated the higher shipping cost. They called me back to confirm my shipping address & told me the shipping company would be calling me to set up a date to receive shipment. Then I realized what they referenced in their email was a different model bike (older model) than what I ordered & paid for. I sent an email asking them to confirm that what was shipped matched my order. Then I received an email telling me the bike I ordered was not in stock. I called & they confirmed neither bike (the one I ordered or the older model bike they referenced in the email) was in stock. I don’t understand how they can sell you something, have you do extra paperwork, & tell you it has been shipped when they haven’t made sure it was in stock.
