Customer service was CRAPPY ! There wasn’t any details about the room UPON check-in, Says microwave online, put when they placed me in room, there wasn’t one. When I was told I had to pay $3-$4 extra, i was okay with that and said “okay thats fine”, but was told “NO,CAUSE YOU WALKED IN THE ROOM ALREADY !” once i realized i couldn’t feed my kids, i called front desk. no answer…. when i walk down stairs, he’s shoes are off and feet are up …. there was no help or anything offered. definitely as cheap as that guy’s personality and customer service FOR SURE ! Room wasn’t clean !

The customer service is horrible , at normal hotels they would just wash out a mark on towels, sheets etc. but no this hotel charges you every single time you get the smallest mark on them , the water gets shut off every day around 2:00 and gets turned back on at 6:00 , the objects inside the rooms are very fragile most of the parts of the beds are falling apart, the doors lock but they don't completely close , theres holes in the bathroom doors , 50% of the charging outlets in each room don't work , housekeeping is extremely nosy every time you open your door their looking straight in your room and last but not least the worst thing that happened while staying here was my mother was in the hotel room with my 9 month old daughter and the housekeeping starts banging on the door like the police at 8 in the morning and continued until my mother opened the door when she opened it, they were yelling at her because of a small stain on a hand towel and she had asked the house keeper "aren't you supposed to wash it?" and the lady turned around and walked off to go get the owner , and when they came back they were banging on the door again saying that we would have to pay out of pocket $15 for new towels , and while this is all happening my mother is talking to them with her head out and her body behind the door with only a T-shirt on and nothing else.

Staff is very friendly hotel rooms are very nice and clean. Maintenance are very friendly and very polite. You have a lot of stores right next to the hotels have a couple of restaurants you have them Mall very close by and you have two strips small close by supermarkets cell phones stores.

Reserved a ground floor room ended up on second floor even after ground floor was confirmed. Sheets were very wrinkled and didn't feel clean. Tub/shower wasn't very clean.

Booked this room to go visit family. It was so convenient and offered a relaxing, clean & safe place to rest after a long day of family activities. An oasis and safe Haven with GREAT air conditioning and excellent water pressure, clean sheets and towels. You couldn’t ask for more definitely will be staying here again..

I asked for an extra pillow and blanket and the barefoot guy at the front desk with foot infe tion said we don't keep them on site... It's a hotel where else do you keep them Also the locals that live there love their Marijuana.

This is the worst motel I have ever visited. The room was awful. It is so small, if you stuck your hands out to the sides, you would be touching the walls. Two double beds were crammed into this tiny a$$ room. The refrigerator and microwave supplied were dirty and it looked as if Chuckie got a hold to the fridge. There was a poorly repaired whole on the wall and the bath tub was dirty. A dirty towel was left hanging over the toilet and the desk holding the TV was damaged. In addition, there were spiders and gnats lingering around the room. The walls are thin, I could hear the conversation of people in the room next to me. I DO NOT recommend anyone staying here, a homeless shelter is probably better than this palce.
