I had a plumbing problem (December 2019) and contacted Morgan and Son Septic Service in Omak, WA. I left a message and received a call back within 15 minutes. The woman I talked with on the phone was very knowledgeable and cordial.

First thing the following morning, two employees arrived and listened to my plumbing problems (issues at hand) and provided excellent service.

Morgan and Son also worked together with my Plumber until everything was fixed.

Had a bit of trouble getting ahold of company. Promised phone calls that didn’t happen. But, once in contact everything happened quickly and professionally. Weather was a factor in getting truck up to pump my septic. Ed was A+, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Yes, I recommend, just be patient with the phone calls.

Used Morgan and Son for the first time. Charged over $700 for a less than half-hour job and we took the tank covers off and put them back on (even though we are considered elderly). When questioning the bill, Angie became verbally abusive, using profanity and threats to dump sewage on our lawn. Lori followed up with two threatening phone messages.
You did receive payment in full before your stated dealine, according to bank records. We didn't contact any other company for service. The tanks actually did not need pumping according to your driver, but he pumped what little there was because "I'm here."
Your response is still unprofessional. threatening and dishonest.
