Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Monro auto service in Clinton CT has returned to form with spectacular aplomb. I initially thought the recent reviews were an artificial effort to boost sales, but I was Very Wrong. The technicians were exceedingly helpful with any questions I had (I am not much of a ‘car guy’) and explained it in terms I understood. The service was thorough and efficient. I will be coming back in the future, this is my new favorite shop.

The manager worked out a fair deal on a new set of tires, not much more than if I had gone to Tire Rack and scheduled an install. I was a walk-in and concerned about the next day's snowfall so I paid a bit more for convenience. They also aligned all four wheels. Nice group of people working there as well.

Really good experience. A huge thanks. It was a tire emergency. A nail was stuck in our tire. We were really away from home and we couldn’t have make it back if they hadn’t helped us.
