Unprofessional!!! No information for truck drivers on any of the doors. There are five docks that take different products. Appointments mean NOTHING!! They have their own priorities and deliveries from OTR drivers are not one of them. The various individuals that answer at door three tried to help but had no control or pull to assist us OTR drivers. This is another business that couldn’t care less about truck drivers and their ELD clock.

This is the most disorganized company ever! 3 times we had to return to this company earlier this morning. We kept getting sent to another part of their plant down the road to unload smoke house racks. Finally, someone in management decided we had been at the correct location from the start, but now there's a reefer ahead of us in the only dock being used for deliveries. There's a bunch of people standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other or smoking. SMH

Do not deliver here, arraived at 5am had a 8am appt didnt get a door for hours. Called the receiving department spoke with ( Rick ) unprofessional beyond words, he just said hanged up didnt ever bother to help.

I made it six months and couldn't do it any more! Having to come in at 7 and search around the work floor or the break area for gloves to get started on your work. That is ice cold, while the clock is ticking. No help. No direction. I had to jump into a new job. Track down leads just to find out how the job suppose to be completed with not much help. Breaks equal to maybe 25 minutes a day.Sometimes longer. It depends on whether your lead likes you or not. In my opinion. To work this job you have to be childless with no responsibilities outside of the job and please dont get sick and your points are low. You will be fired while your laid in the hospital. No love from these folks! All of this while your freezing your royals off. I will never go back. I happily quit this job! No regrets! All the girls that has been approached by leads in an inappropriate way needs to stand up and have them answer to their behavior instead of allowing the lead to get over on them by lying on them and having them fired before it get out. Not a place i would allow my daughter to work at or for!

I had a sezuire at the plant . Managers was outside , safety was outside . I never got pointed for it . They was with me the whole time . They are sweet people . Safety talked to the ambulance people . It’s a known fact I am epileptic. They knew it when I came in . They never required the vax . I’ve been there through this whole pandemic . I’ve still got the letter in my car from them saying it’s good it’s essential . If I was to get stopped .

They were amazing a year ago. Cared about the workers and everything. Now? Someone had a seizure in the plant, and they gave him a point for it. Someone had a heart attack in the floor. They fired him for it. Not the place to work until they fix their management at this point.

Like I said. They used to be amazing. But they need to get ahold of their priorities.

Had delivery load here from San Angelo, TX
Appointment at 8am, arrived a night before. Got in dock at 1:45 and it took 3hr and 15 min to pull 18 pallets out of my truck. Now waiting for my BOL. Another hour? I won't be surprised.

I didn't have any problems at this facility, most drivers now days are there own worst enemy. I pulled in they loaded me I left.. period. Great place to load.
