Quick loading, in 45 min was back on the road, forklift driver knows his job and was friendly.

Showed up in the middle of my appointment window to pick up a load for Home Depot. Was told all the loaders had gone home early for the day, even though I still had another hour till the end of my pickup window.

Was then told my appointment was actually scheduled for the next day, Friday. (even though it wasn't), while also being told that they don't do Home Depot loads on Friday.

Was about to be told I was going to have to wait an entire day before I could get loaded, when a women in the office interjected, and got the ball rolling for me to get loaded.

Not good business practices to turn people away when they show up on time. At least there was 1 person there that got me taken care of.

The people who physically did the loading of my trailer were friendly and helpful.

first time making a delivery here and it was very quick the gentleman was really quick to get me unloaded.They open at 6am to 4pm M-F sometimes saturday I was told but not sure call first to find out..

Worst company ever!! Spend 3 hours to get loaded, than was waiting for another hour to get out because of 2 trucks blocked me. And no one wanted to move ( both trucks are from this company)

Great people and great place to load,normally in and out with very minimal wait…..could use a restroom or porta potty in the shipping area

Load there everyday always fast in an out. But we could use a porta John close to shipping we have to walk in plant to use the bathroom
