I work at the Sloan Museum of Discovery, and we bought an exhibit that has a mini-mover conveyor inside it. While we were not a direct customer, their customer service representative (Holly Wendland) went above and beyond to get us some replacement bolts, so we could get the exhibit back up and running. She was excellent and extremely fast. Their customer service was top notch!!

Purchased a rotary accumulator table for unattended running of a powder press machine. There were two main factors that lead us to purchasing the mini mover accumulator table over some of the others we looked at:
1) design simplicity / open design. The open design makes the table easier to work around. When we need to make adjustments on the machine, we used to have to move the tables or conveyor belts out of the way. Because the area under this table is very open it allows us to work around it and leave it in place which was a must have feature requested from the machine setup personnel. Time and hassle saver on their part.

2) We have several old rotary accumulators already and most are built with an enclosed table top that allows powder to accumulate under the spinning table top between the stationary frame which puts strain on the motors and burns them out quick if they are not cleaned frequently in our dirty manufacturing environment. The free spinning table on this accumulator allows that powder to just fall off the side of the table onto the floor rather than building up underneath which makes it much easier to maintain and keeps the motor from getting over loaded.
